aching..

So I bagged the rubble (12 bags that I could just carry) and sprayed the timbers with the evil stinking anti-woodworm and fungus stuff. The house now smells akin to it being internally creosoted. I hope this won't last too long. All windows are open and I am now unable to bend down due to my pathetic muscles. Although it does feel good having done some physical work instead of sitting in-front of a computer all day. I should really try to do more....

it seems like whenever I HAVE to do some work... thats when my head goes empty. Empty head, that's me. I'm sure some will say it's the way it's always been....
Think it's time to bag some rubble and spray some timbers. Maybe that will put things into perspective.
