trying too hard?
I get the feeling I've been trying too hard to do stuff that I see and think.. 'wow, that's really good..'. I tried to put that aside for this 'offering'.
That's an ignoble emotion I try to avoid. It's more the way people like horror films. Maybe you're writing in a special genre which can only be appreciated by recovering depressives.
I think you should just keep it coming and then history will decide whether your stuff is any good or not. But more importantly you'll soon have enough material to make some kind of book and then after that it will be clearer what it is you're saying and you wont have to try as hard. Or something. But besides all that crap - I like it as usual. Makes me chuckle.
All of this recent angst from you is cheering me up immensely. I can't explain that.
